Because each item is custom printed on demand, we do not keep inventory on hand. This allows us to offer fresh, made-just-for-you apparel—but it also means we have to handle returns a little differently.

We want to be fair, and we want to be clear:

When We Can Help With a Return or Exchange

We will gladly remake or exchange your item (or issue store credit) if:

You received the wrong item
There was a printing or fulfillment mistake

If the issue is on our end, we take full responsibility and fix it at no cost to you.

For All Other Situations

Since items are made to order:

We do not offer cash refunds
We do offer store credit or an exchange (when available in stock)
A 15% restocking fee applies
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
